Design
- What is the difference between exclusive and non exclusive design?
Simply put, an exclusive design is one that is handcrafted for you and only you- an original design. A non exclusive design (usually a template) is one that may be used on other sites. - What is a design revision?
Once a designer has completed a design for you (eg. a website template), they will send it to you for feedback and revision. You can then ask for it to be completely changed or provide feedback on specifics that you want changed. This process is accounted for as 1 design revision. - How does your 5 business days or its free deal cover revision time?
We promise to deliver it in 5 business days given that all your revision time takes up only 4 hours (half a business day). In the event it takes more than that, the deal no longer holds. - How do i know i am getting quality design for an affordable price?

Development
- What is a CMS?
CMS stands for Content Management System. With a CMS installed on your website you will be able to edit, delete, and add content to your website using a user-friendly back-end admin panel that requires no knowledge of programming languages. A website that isn't CMS powered requires someone with at least HTML knowledge to modify the website. - Define a page.
This can be the home page or the contact us page. You can call it anything. All custom exclusive designs come with an optional contact us form. - What is data entry?
If you already have content that you'd like to put on the site, we can take care of putting it up and styling it if your package features this. - Do you offer web hosting?
Yes, we can take care of all the hosting- this is an additional recurring charge of $120/year. For domain names, we charge $15/year. To have us take care of this, please mention it in the note with your purchase or contact us. - I have a larger project in mind, can you deliver?
We cater to businesses of all sizes, for much larger projects we cannot offer a 5 business day delivery but can certainly deliver within a reasonable timeframe. Contact us for more info.

Yes, that's right! With the purchase of any of the above packages we will deliver your website within a maximum of 5 business days or its on us! - I'd like additional features that are not listed?
From flash photo galleries to ajax sliders- we do it all. Simply purchase a package and mention in the note section when purchasing (or contact us) and we will get back to you with the solutions we can offer you. Please note, in this event the 5 business day or its free deal does not apply. - What if i want a package but without a certain feature?
We are very flexible and will remove that feature and update the price accordingly. This goes in the same way if you want an additional feature added to your package. - I can't afford to pay X deposit right now, do you have other payment options?
For orders greater than $1001 we can do 25% deposits spread at various stages of the project. - Describe a training session day.
Depending on your location, if you are local- we will send one of our experts to your location (or you can visit us at our office) to give you up to a 3 hour tutorial and walk through on managing your site. From updating it to expert tips in social marketing and gaining visitors to your site. In the event we can't send someone, we will provide you with our very own written tutorials and guides- we will also extend our 30 day support to 60 days. Please note training session day does not count as part of our 5 business days to deliver.
