Part 4: The Foot
Wraps it up by covering the finishing components of the template.
1. You are almost done! Next we will add the separators. The first set of separators will be on top of the Newsletter and the big content box. So on a new layer get your rectangular marquee tool (M). Fill your first separator on the left side with # bcd321. And your second separator on the right side with # 767676 .

2. Next do the same separator procedure with the separator section that is under the big content box and the sponsors area. An easy way to do this is to duplicate your first separators and then just move them to alignment.

3. Now to wrap it up, we will add the copyrights section in the right box. And it is up to you to what you want to put on the left bottom box. I decided to crop my banner image and add a piece of it there.
