Part 2: The Neck
Covers the making of the creation of the banner and the content box under the header.
1. This part of the tutorial is very short and so let us get started. First duplicate the rectangle bar that you used in your buttons. like so.

2. Next since it depends on what you are going to use this section for. I've used it as a 'Welcome' message type thing for my template. Which means I won't need to edit it thus I am going to put text in there. Though if you plan to use it on something else, then don't put text on it.
3. This particular step does not need much. All I did was add a banner that is less size by 2 pixels of the whole pixel border area. To clarify this, please view the screenshot. Please know that this tutorial does not teach you how to create the banner, and as you can see the banner used here is not created by us either. Though it was a stock photo.
